Just heard of a piece of land available in north central PA. 25 acres, flat and mostly wooded, grouped with a couple of other 15-30 acre private pieces, all surrounded by the Sproul State Forest. It's about 10 miles from where I'm sitting now...

The guy lives out of the area, says he gets no use out of the land and wants to unload it. 25 acres, outhouse, and he'll leave the camper that's on the ground now (I have no idea what make, size, year, etc). Asking $75,000, but knows this is high and "gave himself room to come down". Stated he would be willing to entertain any reasonable offer.

I don't know the guy personally, and have no interest in the land or seeing it sold. Just thought I'd pass on the info. I know the area well, as I hunt near there often. Nice area, very secluded. Would make a nice getaway plan for some of our city-dwellers, and if you're not around, I'd even keep an eye on it for ya!
